Every Year in association with the NCAA div 1 Women's Final IV is a collge showcase. (last year it was CASL, in 07 it was hosted by Challenge, I think)

I too have been looking for the link as it is in our plans to attend.

I think this is the tournament they are looking for.

This is the link for the Final Four tournament that will be hosted by Challenge SC.
There will be games for the ENCL and the Final 4 showcase at this event.
No info yet but I think it will be available shortly.

National League games will also be held as part of the tournament.

The $1350 fee is completely outrageous, even for a showcase. More than Disney with less overall value, unless you factor in the tickets to the NCAA games, which usually have been thrown in.

Couple that with a complete lack of hotel options/space in town that will already be sucked up by the NCAA final four teams and their fans [meaning a nice daily commute from north or west Houston], and it makes this a "nice to attend" and not a "need to attend" showcase unless your an ECNL team.
