Next scheduled training is 10/18, we will schedule a make-up when we can fit it in.

They never made up the spring ones..I doubt they will actually make this one up...kinda gets old paying for ODP and getting 1 maybe 2 practices for the money...kinda makes me wonder what the benefits are if she isn't getting much training??? Do the coaches get paid if they don't practice??? Where does all that money go??? My DD's coach doesn't put much stock in ODP and now I'm seeing why.

Pretty Myopic view. This is additional training but more importantly, it's additional exposure for your child. $85.00 isn't a whole lot of money. Even if you only practice 5 times, that's $17 per session.

Not myopic, just stating facts...one practice after making the pool in the spring...total cost $85...that is pricey imo...especially considering player/coach ratio.

But again, I'm no expert..just a parent of a 97 player

I see parents paying some ghanian $60 per 30 mins to teach them to do something that their club coach is getting paid thousands of dollars to teach them but didn't. I see kids who have played club soccer for 8yrs not be able to dribble, pass to their teammates, trap a ball, shoot, cross, etc and that's after spending hundreds of hrs and TENS of thousands of dollars with a 'professional' club coach. So .... $85 to ODP is too much? If your dd wants to go and play then it's money well spent... if she doesn't want to do it, don't...
