From Nikki’s and Casey's former coach

"People ask me all the time how to become a better player and usually I'm not able to give a simple answer. However, Camp Foot Ballas is a simple solution. Nikki and Casey have compiled years of training and experience into a practical 3-day camp that is sure to help every participant grow. Camp Foot Ballas is a great opportunity for young girls to learn from some of the best players in women's soccer right now. If you are looking to take your game to the next level, I highly recommend Camp Foot Ballas."

Anson Dorrance Head Coach of the Women's Soccer team at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; 20X NCAA National Champion

From Nikki’s and Casey's former coach

"I fully endorse Camp Foot Ballas run by Nikki Washington and Casey Nogueira. These are two of our best young players in America. They have great insights into the game of soccer and I can guarantee Nikki and Casey will make it, not only an excellent learning experience but loads of fun too.”

Tony DiCicco - Former USA National Team Coach ’96 Olympic Gold; ’99 World Cup Champion; ’08 U20 WC Champion

Will they add any other dates? Would be great to have one in June, July or August, they could probably coordinate with Bluesky to have it indoor...

Calling all keepers to the camp

Kelsey Davis from the TCU staff will be running the keeper training.

The native of Thousand Oaks, Calif., has extensive experience playing in the U.S. National Team Programs. Davis was called up as a member of the full national squad for a pair of friendlies in 2009. She was also a member of the U.S. U-23 team that claimed the 2007 Nordic Cup and U.S. U-20 squad that competed at the 2006 Women’s World Cup in Russia. Davis served as the backup keeper at the 2004 FIFA U-19 Women’s World Cup.

Davis was drafted 24th overall by the Chicago Red Stars in the 2010 WPS Draft following a stand out career between the pipes at the University of Portland (2007-09) after transferring from UCLA. Davis ranks second all-time in UP program history in career goals against average (0.46), wins (47) and shutouts (34) and she’s fifth all time with 151 career saves. She earned All-West Coast Conference honors all three years at UP and was named an All-American following her senior campaign. Davis also earned conference, regional and national all-academic accolades and was a Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award finalist in 2009.

The Pilots went 59-8-0 (.881) overall during Davis’ three years and reached the NCAA Quarterfinals each year. UP also claimed three WCC titles during that span.

Davis played only two years of high school soccer because of club and national team commitments. She was a 2005 Parade Magazine All-American, a three-time NSCAA Youth All-American and was rated as the No. 1 goalkeeper recruit in the country, according to Student Sports Magazine.

I was thinking the same thing. There are several tournaments that weekend. Looks interesting, but we're already playing.
