I'm wondering if there will be any soccer play this weekend with all of this rain thru Wednesday. SS, the meteorologist, how do you see the weather affecting the fields? Does anyone have any idea what type of changes the league is looking into other than rescheduling week 1? I'd hate for mother nature to get the RUMP SHAKER award two weeks in a row.

Well, we already have another thread working on how the schedule stuff will play out, but as for the weather? Here is what I got right now:

Today: Cloudy with occasional rain showers. High 72F. Winds N at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Tonight: Rain showers early becoming more intermittent overnight. Low 63F. Winds N at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Tomorrow: A few showers in the morning with scattered thunderstorms arriving in the afternoon. High 79F. Winds N at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Tomorrow night: Widely scattered showers and thunderstorms early. Clouds lingering later. Low 64F. Winds N at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
Wednesday: More clouds than sun. Highs in the low 80s and lows in the mid 60s.
Thursday: Morning clouds followed by afternoon sun. Highs in the upper 70s and lows in the low 60s.
Friday: Mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the low 80s and lows in the low 60s.

If we stay dry Wednesday thru Friday, then I think we have a chance to get games in this weekend
