Agreed, although IMHO scoring chances, shots on goal, and possession were overwhelmingly one sided.
Props to the Mustangs for making the goal and winning.

overwhelmingly? C'mon son...I'll give that you won the possession battle but it sure didn't lead to but a few quality chances to score for you. Stangs won a hard fought game. Everyone knows you have an excellent team. It was fun to watch.

It was a good game and just as you're entitled to your opinion, so am I. Quality scoring chances are a matter of opinion, but in pure numbers of shots on or off target, I think my count was accurate and statement stands.
I hope they can square off again in State cup, because as U-11's I believe it's 1-1.
And BTW, don't call me son. It's not polite to your elders.

1-1 sounds right. I'll take the LH win. You can have the PLD win. I'd rather have the 3 points in LH.
And BTW, you know C'mon son is just an expression, right? No offense meant...

And BTW, you know C'mon son is just an expression, right? No offense meant...I'd post a link to Mr. Ed Lover and his C'mon Son presentations but some may not approve of it on this soccer thread. It's easy enough to find on YouTube anyway....funny stuff if you can take the cussing.
That is funny Geno! I know exactly what your talking about C'MON SON!

Sounds like you have the shooting part, maybe you need to work on finishing........
On another note, how is Meja's tie with Andro a good thing for them.

Looking forward to the Dude's game recap.[/quote]
As it seems to be every time Stangs vs FCD it was a battle. Don't really do the stat thing, sorry. Either we win, lose, or tie. All the other stuff doesn't matter to The Dude. Congrats for both teams for getting after it this morning.
Dude's recap of previous FCD game: We lost!
Dude's game recap for today's game: We Won!
Dude's wbfcd99 recap for today: We lost BUT.....
I do have to say wbf that you and your parent group are a class act at the fields
Lonestar...only you! That is funny. I guess the Stangs need to work on shooting
