Why is the tournament scoring different then the rules state?
It was supposed to be a 10 point scoring system.

From the additional rules (for scoring) I'm assuming team's from OK and STX are forgein:
If Foreign teams participate, matches will be counted as: Win – 3 points; Tie – 1 point; Loss – 0 points.

Maybe it's because of the Canadian team in the U19 showcase group.

Shouldn't the team be in the division. I would understand if we had a Canadian team in the u-13 division.
Although the Oklahoma team had to cross the border I don't think they are considered foreign.

According to tournament officials, because there is one international team in the tourny, the whole tourny has to score on a 3 point system.

Who won the DTN vs FCD Black game? Official score shows FCD winning 1-0. Is this wrong?

DTN won. They just put it in wrong.
