Pre-season conditioning camp Empty Pre-season conditioning camp

On August 11th-13th (Mon-Wed), 12pm-2pm at Stampede Sports in Southlake on the small indoor field, I will be running a pre-season conditioning camp to prepare the girls for the physical requirements of Fall Soccer in NTX.

The camp will be split into 3 parts:
- General soccer fitness
- Fitness with the ball
- Support play fitness

Each part will also incorporate form correction, strength, speed and agility training.

The cost for the 3 days is $60. Open to boys and girls.

Bringing the 07 Solar Abbott girls to the U90 would get them in shape, touches on the ball, agility training, your girls are welcome to race our players for speed training... Girls can carry the cooler of drinks for mom and dad for strength training... A great cross training weekend.
