LHGCL Bye Question

What happens in the instance that a team that has a bye fails to meet the qualifications to keep that bye?

For Example, lets say a team that has earned a D1 bye for the 15/16 season fails to keep their bye due to the team not staying together. Couple Questions:

- Does D1 just go to 14 teams for next season?, or will everyone push up a spot?
- If everyone pushes up a spot, does that mean an extra team allowed to earn a spot in QT?
- What happens in D2 if a team doesn't maintain their bye?

From some of the rumors that have been floating around, it sounds like there may be a team or two that has a bye currently that will not be able to keep it.

2a1) If 75 percent of the players on a team (based on the roster
as of April 1 of the previous soccer year, rounding fractions up to
the next whole number*) leave a team/club to join another
team/club, the league Bye will be awarded to that group of players
with their new team/club, except as outlined in (2.a.2) below. If
this takes place, the Age Division Commissioner must be informed
at the time the roster is submitted.
2a2) If 50 percent of the players on a team (based on the roster as
of April 1 of the previous soccer year, rounding fractions up to the
next whole number*) are not retained by the team applying for a bye,
the league bye will remain with the club however the Division
placement in the league will be determined by the LHGCL Executive
Board or designated board committee. Appeals to the division
placement will be heard and ruled upon by LHGCL Executive Board
or designated board committee.

Oh there are rumors alright, you just don't know them.

I'm pretty "in the know" with all the rumors. I knew LW was going to FCD like 3 years ago...just couldn't say anything

so one is springate's team. They need 75% to sign or they loose the bye. But I beleive LP as a club keeps it. BUT, the league decides what division the new team would be placed in. ALL RUMOR - NO ACTUAL FACTS
