The Texas Shootout is this weekend in Houston. You will need boats and scuba gear to attend.
I really can't understand how this tourney still exists. I can remember the past 4 or 5 years having significant weather cancellations.

It is a shame that this event has been plagued by weather. Although it is Houston in early summer so it's kind of expected too.
