A good game to see

Looking over the LHGCL U13 schedule
DALLAS RUSH FC vs DTS should be a good game after DTS lost to them in Vegas will DTS bounce back and win or will DALLAS RUSH get a lucky win again

speaking of luck, DTS will be lucky if those 2 encl girls dont have a scheduling conflict! otherwise Rush will be a two year league champ!

No dog in this one but be careful CamCam.  The last time you touted how great the DTS squads were they were sent packing from Vegas early.

We will see hopefully there's no rain around so the teams can play but it won't be a one-score game like in Vegas DTS ON TOP BY 2

Even without the 2 ecnl players they would do just fine take a look at what they did in OKC couple of weeks ago and that is being down 2 ecnl players but it look like RUSH had a hard time out there

Both of you were right... about it being a good game to watch.  

I was only there for the first half but there is no doubt that Rush was the better team the whole half. Possession, connecting passes and scoring chances.  I did not see much of that from DT South.  Did that change in the second half or did NTX bootball just win out in the end?  Those are some fast and dangerous DTS DDs up top but we already knew that.  

It looks like the 04 title is all but sealed up for DTS 04.

Yep, shouldnt have expected less for this year. DTS "should" win state cup too

Yes Rush was the better team in the 1st half the 2nd half DTS came out a lot better than the 1st half and also move the ball a lot better and just finished off the game better but overall this was a good game between both team

It looks like I should have stayed around to watch all of the games.

I think it will. That was one point of JDL. It won't rob LH of too many kids. Before, if you recall, the ECNL basically wrecked havoc on LH at U12. Now, two whole teams per club have been set aside to ease that. What you see in LH now, is most likely a solid representation of what you will see in the future. The typical changing of players teams for a few, but not the changing of full teams.

There's no chance of that. There are players and possibly whole teams that will be gone from the current D1 to go DA or ECNL. It will look very different.

ECNL and DA start at U14 for the ladies. And the JDL was absolutely intended to rob LH of top teams ... But as we know, not all of the clubs chose to respect that intention.

Due to DA, DA2, ECNL, ECNL Composite/Champion's League, LH 04s will be 5th tier at best next year -- Will be the same for every U14 year. Done ... desolation.

The "two whole teams" you're referring to ... those byes will go to the PPL sides.

I was saying that the 2 teams each ECNL club provided to JDL at U11, U12, and U13 was going to offset the havoc that has typically taken place at U14 for LH. Now rather than taking full teams, they would be taking a few kids here and there.

I guess the situation we are witnessing in the current landscape, is that DA is arriving along with DA2 (i guess), ECNL composite started this past year. So that would be 3 additional groups drawing kiddos. I haven't personally heard of DA2, but that isn't of any consequence for this scenario.

If the clubs have set aside 40+/- from LH, that would make up 2 of those teams DA and ECNL.

I would have to assume that some of those would fall to the wayside. (composite,DA2) Due to lack of numbers. That would only make sense right?

Looking into the future, the DA will push down to include younger age groups as it did on the boys side, so eventually JDL will be put to bed for the most part.

What is DA2? Anyone can give me a hint?

"What is the Development Academy 2 LEAGUE? (DA2)

US Soccer is supporting the creation of the DA2 league, and while we expect the competition for the DA spots to be fierce with many qualified candidates and therefore our club will also participate in the DA2 league as a founding member club.

The league will consist of up to "Nine" other "Developmental Academy Teams 2" from the Southwest Region.

The DA 2 teams will follow a similar schedule to that of the DA teams, often-times playing at the same venues, on the same days.
