Practicing AFTER State Cup

So according to the NTX rules a player MAY practice without a release or signed letter from their coach freely once State Cup concludes or the League Season ends, whichever comes last - regardless of the teams participation in State Cup. (Sec. 3.10.10 of the NTX Bylaws and Rules). So with that in mind, the merry-go-round of player migration will begin in the next few weeks. Where are the best opportunities in the immediate DFW area (D1 / ECNL)? Or better yet, in the areas North of 635? Inquiry minds want to know... Is my DD looking? Maybe, maybe not, but I think everyone is starting to get the itch - it is that time of year and folks like to have the inside track. Is Solar the best opportunity? Liverpool? D'Feeters? Sting? Dallas Texans? FC Dallas?

Love to hear everyone's take on what's about to happen this Spring. Since only 8 teams will be in D1 this upcoming season it seems the club representation in D1 will be limited: Solar, D'Feeters, Liverpool, Dallas Texans & Sting. Include ECNL teams and the number of clubs sinks to four in Lake Highlands, then add DA and it sinks even further with only two clubs in D1 associated to DA.

I am interested in knowing what teams DI and/or DII practice in the Frisco, Little Elm, The Colony, North Plano, North Carrollton or Lewisville areas. Even further North like Prosper or Mckinney would be OK. Mostly just need to what teams are in the area for 03s in DI or DII Lake Highlands. Not looking for ECNL or above at this time.

Eliminate any team that says East, West, or South. Then click on the team your interested in that clubs website. 

Not many wild cards, most all practice at their team's facilities.

True but not all teams list their practice locations or facilities... and through SOME investigation have found that less than half the teams actually use their own facilities as they try to centrally locate or have practice somewhere closer to where the coach lives or works.

So although this is "somewhat" true, not all clubs have their own facilities.

I've found the following seem to be in the area:

• Solar Llamas - Frisco
  
• Solar Wells - Allen
  
• NTX Celtic 02G - Corinth
  
• NTX Celtic 03G Shirley - Denton
  
• Liverpool Elite - Blue Sky The Colony -or used to be there along with some other Liverpool teams.
  
• FC Dallas Teams (obviously unless they say WTX or some other location directive) - most appear to practice at the FC Dallas complex in Frisco
  
• Dallas Texans Teams - Lewisville near Railroad Park
  

These are some that I am immediately aware of.

Not all Texans teams practice at the Lewisville complex. Quite a few are still at the Ross Stewart complex in Farmers Branch.

My point was simply that the information is readily available if you look it up a team's practice location. Now if someone wants to spend the time doing this for the rest of us have at it.

Yes, Llamas practices in Frisco, all the other 03 Solar teams (nic ECNL and Comp) practice at their facility in Allen. Pretty much all the "non directional" FCD teams practice at FCD. The Texans practice at the Texan's facilities except for Owen who's a directional team without being called "West". Feet practices in Farmer's, Sting at Sting...etc. The only wild card out of the big clubs are LP who are scattered a bit

All Solar teams should have their TeamSnap updated on the Solar website with current practice days, times location etc. Look on the website under competitive then Girls then 03 - that will take you to the current team list - every team has their own page. Www.solarsoccerclub.com
