B. Train with a club

D. All of the above to get back into form.

B and C.
Not sure how you do A without also doing B, but if you can find independent small sided scrimmages, have at it.
Take your time with B if you're a free agent. Go to 2-3 sessions with as many teams as possible. There's no downside to taking your time to find a good fit. Not many players have that opportunity. Take advantage of it and be patient.

You need to do whatever you can find. Whether it be all of the above or just small sided scrimmages and solo training to start.

why were you out and how long were you out? If you have been out a long time due to injury then I would suggest you focus on skills and fitness first before you start looking at clubs. A coach's first impression of the DD when she is not at the top of her game may pigeon hole her to teams that may ultimately be below her talent level.
