For some reason I am thinking they were Odyssey...if that helps.

They were the former Odyssey team. The drop doesn't surprise me. To my knowledge they never play a tournament this summer. But they are a good group of girls...they may end up surprising a few people.

    Apparently, they already have.

I think no one wants to tempt fate by predicting either success for their dd's team or an ill-fated QT run for another team, and then getting a karmic bite on the butt this weekend.

And Clueless, hope your daughter is recovered very soon. I'm sure she's worked long and hard for the big dance this weekend, and she doesn't want to watch it from the bench.

Thanks, I wasn't even going to tell her she had soccer this weekend until Friday night - now, I'll probably just leave her at home and go watch (unless the myriad of OTC medications can turn the corner for her).

It is funny how there really was nary a peep about the seedings - either everyone is satisfied with them, or, like me, unknowing - consequently...without a plausible opinion (a first for this board). I honestly haven't heard of more than half the teams playing - only one of the ones our team is playing (never played any of them).

Hope everyone has a great weekend - 25 min half with mandatory water breaks - makes games closer!

    Clueless:
I hope your DD gets to feeling better and gets to play this weekend. Good Luck

Dude, give the word and I will have the sweat hut coals burning, the drums a beating and the peyote ready, or children's motrin, whatever you prefer

I've bookmarked a couple websites on acupuncture (it looks super easy) - off to Dollar Tree for some pins and she should be good to go. If that doesn't work - Dr Bombay (Anti-P) can try the peyote routine.
