Due to the limited number of lines allowed I had to break it up by division. So who wins?

Not a lot of surprises so far. Sparta and Polaris are tied with 10 votes each at this point. Genesis appears to be the underdog early on against new comer TFC Blue at this point. Should be a good competitive season in D3 from top to bottom.

FCD North V Sting West: I gotta go with Soccerboy over the Wolf in this one...

Genesis V TFC Blue: Genesis needs a good start to the season and they showed well at Inwood this Summer... I'll go with Higdon..

Texans Red V FCD South: I say DH will have the Texans giving a rude welcome to FCD South...

Sparta V Polaris: A good chance to see how these two teams have changed... I'll go with Sparta..

Sting Blue V Liverpool Red: All the D3 folks say if Blue wants to be good they need to stop having trouble with teams like Pool Red. I say they start to "Get'r dun"....

Thought your post was right on for the most part ( my differences are more personal probably, than truthful) couldn't see where anything needed to be added.

This is probably the most wide open division in the 99 age group. There area lot of questions that need to be answered to see who will step up and take this division.

Sparta vs Polaris........Sparta 54% of votes

-TFC Blue seems to be a heavy favorite over #2 seed Genesis early. Will Genesisi prove the haters wrong?
-Texans Red in a runaway over FC Dallas White. Predictions should hold true in this one.
-Sparta vs Polaris seems to be the match up of the week in D3. Can Polaris step up and live up to their own preseason hype?
-Sting Blue is an early favorite over Liverpool Red but can Sting Blue find the consistency they were lacking last year? Should found out either way early against a team everybody says could stake a claim in taking D3 this year.

I agree with all of this, and I think the two best games will be Sparta v Polaris and Sting Blue v Liverpool Red. Polaris making the finals of the summer classic was a good showing for them. When was the last time Sparta played? Could make a difference. The same could be said for the Blue v Red match, been awhile since Sting Blue has played and LP Red got through QT, playing only 2 games. I'm looking forward to both of these matches. I'm glad we play Thursday night, so I can get out and watch.

Pitch, actually we have playedpretty much every weekend. We just scrimmaged both Saturday and Sunday. We scrimmaged sting royal sunday. Weekend before that we were in Tulsa for four friendliest so we are getting a little game work in. She be a good game Saturday none the less

Okay, cool...seemed like there for awhile y'all were playing two tournaments a weekend, just burning up the pitch and then I[b]hadn't heard much from y'all. My bad, i'm looking forward to seeing this match.

Got to watch some of this one. Don't know if LPR was having first game jitters or if Sting Blue has gotten that much better. Good match hard fought on both sides of the ball. Blue was just the better team today.
