Great Passing - but couldn't find Mamba FC U14 in the rankings any where?

Was hoping this was the Solar Martinez or NTX Celtic game -

It is good to see possession and the beautiful game being taught and played by this group, but let’s pump the breaks on breaking records and a performance for the history books. Keep up the good work training this group and enjoy this time with your kid.

You are doing a good job preparing them for DA at FC Dallas or Texans in the next few years.

" What if I don't make them better and they stay?"

I want nothing but the best for them, if it makes sense and I believe it's the best move for them. I will call the coaches and drive the boys there myself.

Like my favorite teacher, my job is to get them ready for the future and teach them to strive for nothing short of greatness.

Some nice first touches mixed in there and some quality changes to the point of attack, but was the other team not allowed to tackle or run? They all just walk around a little bit. Cones could have defended better.
Kudos on clearly trying to teach the kids to play the right way. Don't mean to belittle what you are instilling.

It wasn't an insult and I hope you don't think that, I was simply saying you're doing a great job getting them ready to play at a high level.

I hope someone alerted the folks at Guinness about your record, and look forward to watching this team play in the '07 Platinum division in tournaments this Fall.

Do they allow tackling in the Platinum division?

That’s a very good question. But the same was asked about a lot of teams when they played against Manchester City in the premier league. And it was even worse when some of our top 07 teams played against Manchester City 07s in the 2017 ibercup. Or were the cones better than our local players then?

We’re not Manchester City, but we’ve had games against DA teams, as well as some of the top ranked 07 and 06 teams and the games looked very similar to that. Much like we’ve had games against teams that are not as strong, but were able to destroy us.

In most cases it all depends on the dominant team. If they’re fully mentally in the game, the opposition almost doesn’t matter. They’ll get tired of pressing, chasing the ball, and start walking. It’s demoralizing. We’ve felt it too.

For spectators, it’s very easy to ask why they are not pressuring. But if you’ve ever played soccer and played games against teams that move the ball purposely trying to wear you down, you know how painful it is to defend. Hence why the pros will make the smart decision and park the bus.

@coachdom - Those division names are meaningless. Please reach out to the Guinness people! That would be a huge psychological boost for my boys. Oh and Allegiance is spelled with two Ls not one. And it's football club, not soccer club!Very Happy Very Happy

@murderwasthecase - I didn't take your comment as an insult! Although we might have a different opinion of what a high level is supposed to be like.

Possession against teams that are clearly below your level Is easy. If the fabric of your team is the possession game then the next video you should post is your team possessing when the other team has the ability to pressure and press you. Then and only then could we really praise your efforts. Please post your team playing against the DA boys!

"Then and only then could we really praise your efforts." With all due respect, the praise and criticism is irrelevant.

"the next video you should post is your team possessing when the other team has the ability to pressure and press you." did you not watch City vs arsenal, City vs Chelsea?

Either you have it or you don't. When you're good at what you do, you're good no matter who the opponent is.

We play against professional YourApeeIn academies the same way we play against local Rec teams. And Everyone else in between. Same bang, just a different day.

But here's the DA video just for you.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdkHReypfkI&t=9s

We'll be playing against the DA teams again soon. I'll be sure to invite!

Like I said before, it is great to see the boys playing a beautiful brand of soccer. The clips of your team you chose to show are a beautiful style of play. Keep up the good work! Just hope your ego doesn’t get in the way of a talented group of players.

Please register for a Fall tournament and request the top 07 division (platinum, elite, whatever). Exposing your team to quality competition is more impressive than setting fictitious records against the equivalent of a recreational team with nice uniforms.

I've seen his team do this to the 07 teams in the "top divisions", hell he even has them playing in 06 and 05 divisions. The video that has your panties in a wad was against an 05 team. If he wants to make videos about his team, then more power to him. I'm pretty sure the boys on the team enjoy seeing these type of videos about themselves. Keep up the good work Coach and keep the videos coming.

Keep up the good work. You are contributing your part in the development of youth soccer the right way.

Not sure why a parent would remove their kid from that environment and take them to an academy team or whatever other "elite" program is out there. It is part of the reason we are struggling at the senior level and not able to produce quality players despite all our resources.

I believe this team was coached by the Kleiban brothers and eventually went to Chivas USA and then to LA Galaxy DA team. I believe Brian still runs either the U17 or U18/19 LA Galaxy DA team and several of those players have made both US and Mexican national youth teams, one I think went overseas to England
