The list of teams that have 13 or fewer players is contained on page 26 of the NTSSA Select Soccer Survival Guide. Your coach or manager should have provided a free copy of this brochure to you some time last week, assuming that you signed a contract the week before.
If they didn't, you should call them and demand your copy because it contains all the information from NTSSA that many coaches or managers don't want you to know. Some managers and coaches will go so far as denying knowledge of this brochure, but you should keep demanding your copy until they turn it over. Don't take "no" for an answer.

I remember only gaining access last year through my team manager.

Actually I am a Asst. Coach.
I don't get why you would say "Nice Try".
If a parent ask about this, I would be more than happy to give it to them, we have nothing to hide.
But If I have someone asking for it, and I can't find where it is, how can I provide it to them.

I'm pretty sure the post was a joke and there is no "survival guide". How could the guide possibly contain a list of teams with 13 players if it was published before the rosters were submitted to the home associations?
