Do we need better run control?
Do we need better run control?
Agree or disagree, but if runs were not allowed in America, there would have been no loss of life today. I think the answer is simple.

You must be a d*ck! Show some compassion. One of the victims was an 8 year old kid, stop being political.

Funny how you go after me for pointing out the obvious and not the OP for posting it to begin with.
Thus..I stand by what I posted.

Re: Do we need better run control?
My original post was directed at the original posters (specifically, so there can be no doubt, Blank77, Go99, and golgolgol) for their ill-timed attempts at sarcastic "humor" (although I am pretty sure that they were at least trying to make a point, but doing so in an inappropriate time and manner).
My second post was directed at you, "yea ... yea ... whatever," for failing to understand that it was inappropriate and instead resorting to snide, irrelevant, political comments.
By the way, the name is "seamusdog" -- as in a dog named Seamus (a good Irish name). Your misreading of it, well, that's just ... interesting.

I was talking to Yea Yea Whatever. I agree with you SDog!

So who get's to decide when the timing is right and what's appropriate? If you didn't like the post then don't respond and just move on

Let's see now. Public forum, full of opinions, developed with the intent of soliciting dissenting opinions. And your statement is that "if you didn't like the post then don't respond and just move on"? Seriously. That's what you came up with? Well done.
Perhaps now is the time for some moronic joke about how government should better control school construction because they clearly allowed one to be built in Sandy Hook where a shooting range should have been instead. Oh, stop. I'm laughing so hard it hurts.

Actually there was no opinion at all, only that no opinions should be posted "because the timing isn't right" My comment was that if the timing wasn't right for you then you should just skip that particular topic and move on. I am all about dissenting opinions

Re: Do we need better run control?
I'm worried about public tragedies and the millions made off of them that don't go to the victims and the overeaction government to public opinion.
I bet you believe those little cameras everywhere are for traffic control.
I don't know about you, but I figure we better get a jump on this before things change. I recommend heading to Academy ASAP and stocking up on as many pairs of running shoes as possible. Probably socks too.
