Abbott deserves more votes for doing it the hard way. I haven't heard of him inheriting an already strong team or luring top recruits, yet all his teams are competitive.

Abbott has good teams, no denying that. Tight foot skills, I haven't seen.
Colvin and Pulp probably the most proven on this list. Adames usually has solid academy teams. JM certainly making a name for himself. All that matters, is how does your DD develop with your coach.

Stephen Phiri at Fever United is also a hidden gem. He teaches pure possession soccer with the first priority on skill development. He's also played soccer on the professional level.

Sorry but at this age all these coaches are all about development. You just to find the coach that your DD relates to.
Everyone responds differently to different coaches.
You just need to find the one who makes your DD happy to show up and play.
