San Diego ECNL Showcase Tournament

Good luck to all Texas Region ECNL teams heading out to the San Diego ECNL Showcase this week.

Looks like the U14 Sting team will be playing the toughest schedule with two of the #1 teams out of CA in their regions (San Diego Surf and San Juan Soccer Club). Playing the best teams out of CA ain't easy....but will definitely be fun.  Not sure if Flanagan had any hand in team selection...but if he did....kudos on your choices....these will be exciting games.

FCD plays two #3 teams and a #8 ranked team, however, none of these teams can be overlooked.  FC wins all of their games by a margin of 2 pts...maybe 3pts.  They are playing some of the best soccer of their season right now, so I don't expect any drop off in San Diego.

What does "wins their games by a margin of 2pts...may be 3pts" mean?
In soccer, a win is 3 pts, a tie is 1 pt and a loss is 0 pt.

It is my opinion that FC Dallas will win each game they play in San Diego by 2+ goals.

Got you. I was not challenging your opinion, I was just not clear by pts vs goals.
