1.Solar - hard to lose when you don't allow any/many shots on goal
2.Sting - keeper upgrade for one...is their D better also?
3.Texans - lost their keeper to Sting. 4 ties (7 GA) with the bottom half
4.Feet - same Feet, they can score just give up too many goals
7.FCD - just can't score. less than anyone in the conference

North Texas Teams 6-3-6
South Texas & Okla 9-4-2
Solar 2-0-1 = 7 pts.
FCD 2-0-1 = 7 pts.
Feet 1-0-2 = 5 pts.
Texans 1-1-1 = 4 pts.
Sting 0-2-1 = 1 pt.

Interesting but...

This is interesting but is not that useful in comparing their strength/performance since they played different teams. I think the organizers tried to match them up with comparable teams from other regions (e.g., stronger teams play stronger teams from other regions, and weaker teams play weaker teams from other regions) but it is not an exact science.
The fact that FCD had more points (or STx/OK teams had more wins) than Feet/Texans/Sting does not necessarily mean that FCD (or STX/OK teams) did better than Feet/Texans/Sting since Feet/Texans/Sting played stronger teams.

The top 4 ECNL Texas teams play top 20 teams in the country and did well - 4 wins, 3 losses, 5 ties. (Solar, Feet, Texans, Sting). And, the bottom 6 finished 11-4-3.
The SoCal teams in the Southwest conference is comparable. The national rankings are based on PPG, but North Texas and SoCal may be better served with RPI system based on strength of schedule.

It's hard to put numbers on a national level. If playing vs other teams in a comparable bracket position in other conferences was the formula. It looks like they all did well.
Most importantly, they had a lot of fun and showed well to prospective college coaches. I Wish I could've gone. I heard that the girls really enjoyed the experience.
I can't wait to see everyone at the Houston ECNL showcase.
