LHGCL "Armadillo Day" = 2 more weeks of soccer!!!

On April 18th, 2016, "Chinn Chapel Charlie"* emerged from his hole underneath the snack bar and promptly stepped into a puddle. You know what that means??? That's right, 2 more weeks of soccer!!!
According to the website, all of the playoff games have been moved to the weekend of 5/14-5/15 and the deadline for submitting bye decisions has been extended to midnight on 5/17.

so what does this do to players being free to look at new teams?

Let the hand wringing begin because those players and teams must wait to attend/host Open Practice. The other teams will have the competitive advantage for 1 week.

"After completion of State Cup competition for their age group or completion of league play for their team, whichever is last (the end of the soccer-playing year for competitive players), players may practice with other teams without any required release or other permission, although formal tryouts may not be held until July 1."
