I've heard RA, MG to DFeet for sure ...

and possibility of DD leaving as well (which would hurt them if true).

Not true. Every club has some movement each year.
Two coaches leaving from a club the size of Sting can not be classified as mass exodus.

I think the top teams 04,05, & 06 will Be stronger/improved. Rumor is a good 07 plan is

I see Hilton is no longer coaching any of the ECNL teams. This struck me as odd. Is he leaving as well?

Heard he's focusing on integrating Sting SA and CC and Sting Austin ECNL.

Since Stng will be the only big club that will not have $$ sucked out of the club by running a boys and girls DA program, they will probably keep most of their coaches. After all coaches still want to get paid.

Those are very good coaches to lose. I'm sure they have a plan b, or maybe c - maybe DM and MS???
I expect the same systemic issues that drove the current coaches and players away will undermine whatever pan b or c is going forward.

The coaching carousel happens every year. Coaches come and go, but the clubs they remain the same. One coach leaves their are two coaches waiting to replace.

I hope this is not the case but it seems to me that sting could have pulled off both leagues. Once the dust had settled then made a decision to drop out or stay in DA.

Now, IF/WHEN the ECNL makes clubs who consistently play their 2nd tier teams drop the league altogether, where does that leave Sting? It leaves them as a top ECNL club competing with only 'Feet in NTX for those kids that want to play soccer, but didn't make the DA, or would rather participate in school sports. That is still a large group of kids. By not adding the DA burden immediately, they could be thinking past this year. Of course, all of that is PURE speculation, but hey, I'm on a forum. drunken

Regarding the mass exodus, are any of the ECNL coaches leaving, or are we just talking about directional coaches? North, East, West.

Yeah, this movement is completely normal. The big clubs have a tremendous amount of movement of teams and coaches at the Jr's level.
