Hi there,

We are a Plano D3 team, and we'd like to play in a tournament or two this year. Are there any that are friendlier for teams at our level? We are good with a challenge, but we'd like a chance to be competitive in a game or two, too. ;o)

I would suggest playing in a bigger tournament -- a bigger tournament will increase the chances of having a full bronze bracket. Then be sure to tell them you need to play in the lowest level available. You can usually see the "applied teams" to get an idea of who is planning on playing. I can't think of any particular tournaments....

The Michael Brown Winter Classic typically has a bronze division.

Shawnee Trail in May is a good one. Lots of teams.

U90 tournaments may be a good fit. Austin or Houston would be good as well.
