D1 - Final 16 Teams on ESPN3.

Big 12 Soccer has arrived with - Baylor, Texas and West Virginia.
Baylor - knocked off PAC 12 USC
UT - knocked off ACC - Clemson
West Virginia knocked off Big East - Rutgers

Duke vs. Texas - 12pm
Princeton vs. North Carolina - 12pm
Wash St. vs. Florida - 1pm
Santa Clara vs. South Carolina - 1pm
Stanford vs. Florida State - 3pm
Penn St. vs. West Virginia - 4pm

NCAA Women's Soccer Championships Today! Empty NCAA title

While we are at it, we should send some love to Hardin Simmons University in Abileen. Their program is first class and they are a perennial powerhouse. They are in the D3 semifinals this coming weekend. Yes, it's D3, but many D1 and D2 schools prefer not to scrimmage them. Just a great program with an awesome coach. Good luck HSU!

I looked at the rosters on the teams I see a lot of players outside the US territories. I guess these coaches are recruiting internationally should would be concerned? Is development better overseas w this trend?

This is not new. Good players from all over the world want to continue to play and get an education at the same time.

Looking forward to the final four/college cup this weekend in Orlando. The games will be televised on ESPNU starting this afternoon at 4 p.m. Central. And, as a former collegiate athlete, I believe having international student athletes come to school here is great. Some of my best friends to this day are the international students I competed with in college. And, it also provides US students some global perspectives, which I believe have benefited me over the last 20 years.

Stanford's roster was so stacked they could pretty much throw out any combination and still dominate the NCAA. Still very impressive to see them play such a quality style of play in the final. Marcario, Sullivan and Tierna Davidson are the real deal.

Very cool; didn't realize his DD is at Stanford. It was a great game with phenomenal talent on both sides. I feel for UCLA on that bizarre, freak first goal, but those are the kinds of bounces that can separate two very good teams.
