After a couple of cinco de mayo tequila shots, foxy asked herself: what happens when a good portion of da kids go dpl or ecnl because they Wanna play hs? Does da become the best league for parents that pay for it? What will big ego have to push now?

I think this is a real possibility. I also think if this happens it could be the thing that forces the idiots at USSF to rethink their strategy for girls.

We might not see this for another year or two, but if I were to guess, there is going to be many DA capable players that take another route.

My contention is that if DA was so great why did it have to adjust so soon? If you think you have what everyone is wanting then you just let them come. If you have to Dribble them then was it really that good to begin with.

Are there fees for girls DA? I have friends whose son is in FCD DA and they tell me there are no fees. That would make for a big black eye in the good fight for gender equality!

It's been discounted enough to only cost a lot more than ECNL. Zizou's dd plays for free though.

Whatever league is the most prestigious and the most expensive, that's what I want for little Suzie Soccer Star.  There nothing more rewarding than standing around the water cooler on Monday's at work, and reminding everyone how awesome my kid is.

With summer around the corner, Foxy knows two things; 1.) It's time for a brazillian wax and 2.) Kids will be looking for new teams. The word on the street is lot's of DA kids are getting a little extra practice at ECNL tryouts. I bet The new league ranking will be DPL, DA/ECNL.

This is definitely the case in Oklahoma. Energy lost 8 starters to the 06 TSC ECNL team and are losing several 05s. They are also losing important players to Celtic ECNL. DA hasn’t been well received so far and the exodus has been so rapid that Energy had to begin offering partial scholarships to keep players from leaving.
