We are at day 1 following the conclusion of State Cup - everyone is now free to practice with any team without permission from current team/coach.

Guest play releases are still required.

Not exactly. League games for team & players must be complete. Some leagues still have games this week. I have seen a team posting Open Practice for tonight but they still have a LHGCL game to play this week.

NTSSA Bylaws
After completion of State Cup competition for their age group or completion of league play for their team, whichever is last (the end of the soccer-playing year for competitive players), players may practice with other teams without any required release or other permission, although formal tryouts may not be held until July 1. Players wishing to guest play in tournaments must always obtain a properly signed guest player release.
