Girl 6A Championship

Southlake vs Tompkins. Tomorrow. Watched both games today. Commentators mentioned Tompkins #1 National ranking a dozen times or more. I think Southlake will dominate them tomorrow. Southlake’s movement without the ball looks better than everyone else’s.

Agree 100%. Score of SLC game (2-0) was much closer than the game was. LT barely crossed into their offensive half in the 2nd half. SLC is easily the most complete team in all thirds of the field I’ve seen this year.

The Allen/Tompkins game was one where the better team that controlled the run of play for the majority of the game didn’t win. Allen couldn’t capitalize on a bunch of good chances, and Tompkins scored with 12 minutes left on a rebound off of their only corner of the match. Then got a breakaway with 3 min left after Allen pressed extra numbers forward trying to get the equalizer.

I predict SLC wins 3-1 or 4-1 tomorrow.

Yep, I felt bad for the Allen girls and I don’t know a single one of them.

Southlake completely dominating so far. Up 3-0 at half, and it could've easily been more.

Can't tell, but it looks like Tompkins best player (#10) may have gone out with an injury too.

Dang have I got you bamboozled Dude.  Not a Solar, nor a Southlake parent.  Wrong side of the Metroplex my friend.  Just an interested party in 6A girls soccer b/c my kid plays (now played   ) for a 6A school, and I pay attention to some of the 5A schools as well due to past and present club teammates of my kiddo.

Keep trying though!

p.s.  Not one to scream at refs either.  NolanRyan and his fellow Prosper parents have cornered the market on that. Never seen a ref or ump reverse a call or change they way they officiate a game because of parents yelling.  Waste of time and energy. Much more worthwhile and fulfilling to come on here and troll clueless folks like you.

I watched both 6A Semi-Finals and the 6A Final.  Maybe I was there in person, or maybe I was watching the live streams on NHFS.  Maybe I had a casual interest, or maybe I had a vested interest.  

One thing that isn't a maybe, is that I'm not associated with SLC in any way, and haven't had any association with Solar since my kid was U9/U10 in 2010.

I'll let you try to figure out the rest.

Looks like Southlake Girls just about swept all the honors for the district with MVP, Most Offensive and a number of first team all district players. Special season for the Dragonzzzz
