Mexico U15 Women's National Team????? Empty Mexico U15 Women's National Team?????

Does anyone know if this is the real MX national team? For Mexico's finest it certainly didn't pass the eye test. In pool play they are barely getting by D2/D3 teams including a draw vs. Lonestar 04G Red (Non DA). They would get destroyed vs. FCD DA 04 or Solar DA 04.

What D2/d3 teams did they play?  They played the Lonestar team, a FDL team and a team from out of state?

Depends on funding maybe the mafia forgot to sponsor the team and their kids came to play.

Well, they ended up winning the tournament with 1-0 wins against ECNL teams in semis and finals so maybe they were doing just enough to get by? Or perhaps the gap between D2 LHGCL and ECNL/DA at U15 is more perception than reality?

We had alot of diversity in the results. Development shows a much wider scope.

Watched the Texans DA game and I was impressed by the Texans right winger that was faster than a speeding ticket!! The Texans outside backs played shut down D but I expected more due to the DA patch. What I was impressed with was the Mexican team, girls were a lot smaller and I really doubted they could match up against the ECNL teams, those Feet and Solar girls were huge!! Good weekend of soccer/fight club.

Will the results really change the mentality several teams did not participate some of those kids played w other clubs in the tournament. I can say that w the mafia team skill and unity won the day.

While I'm sure you'd love to really believe this, the reality is a bit more on par with the last sentence of PLAYERONE's opening statement.

I'm pretty sure that team was put together the week before DGIC. Not sure they would get destroyed by those 2 either.
