Coaches Replacing players Empty Coaches Replacing players

I have heard that clubs like taking kids from other clubs to fill/replace their roster rather than getting kids from their own club. Do you find that to be true? I have friends at different clubs who have both boys and girls that have said the coach doesn't seem interested in developing the talent they have but would rather bring in a kid from another club whether that child is better, worse or same skill level as the kid booted. For example a solar coach saying  "I signed two Texans from (fill in the blank) team." Next thing you know two talented kids are booted off and replaced with two kids that aren't showing any outstanding talent or skills that would warrant the removal of current player.

I have also heard that there are coaches that string kids along with a "maybe" or "maybe not" answer in response to a player questioning their status and if they are being cut or not. What is the purpose of that? It appears my three are fine but I have been hearing stories over the past couple of weeks that make me happy to know my kids are safe....I think! Very Happy

It's the business model. Theres a higher percentage that stay in the pool than start over at a new club. It makes alot sense to me. Laughing
