Rec conditioning for GK

I have a 15-year-old girl GK who hasn't played since the Fall of 2019; she was GK for Dallas Texans. In early February 2020, our building suffered a catastrophic fire and we lost EVERYTHING. It was in the news and nearly broke the internet; our building was in the Design District of Dallas. Anyway, we decided that with the fire we were having to deal with, and that being compounded with COVID, was too much for our family to handle at the time as we had to concentrate on insurance matters and getting back to business.

Things have turned around FINALLY but she feels she is out of shape and wants to get some conditioning to get back to her old self. We think that's smart so she doesn't suffer any injury. Can anyone here recommend a rec team in the Grand Prairie/Arlington area? I've called the parks and rec and they're all underway with no spots available. Is there a place or something you guys know of that I don't? I would appreciate any help or suggestions! Her older sister plays on a team for NTWSA and I can see the longing in my girl's eyes to get back on the field Thanks!
