The Celts played a great, opportunistic game, capitalizing on two aggressive counter-attacks and an own goal, all in the second half. The first half was dominated by Kicks, but, simply put, they failed to finish. They had a second goal waved off due to offsides at the close of the first half. Even in the second, Kicks pressured relentlessly; great defensive play by the Irish. Down 3-2 with about five to play, Kicks threw everything at Celtic, missing wide about four or five times. Fun to watch and looking forward to the rematch!

Sounds like EAL U7 is the top '05 grouping of teams. Liverpool Hyypia 05 has yet to be challenged playing 04 in SDL. Maybe Rick can get them a match versus DT North Deleon, but not sure that would be of interest to Deleon as it would be a no win situation.

You're right, FS. The games have been really tight.
Still many games to be played, but EAL has been great so far. Fields, refs, scheduling, etc.
Hopefully everyone else feels the same and come back in the Fall.
