Who is Dallas Texans 03 in Farmers Branch?

I saw SteveHolt posted this on the 01 thread & I'm curious. What coaches from DT would coach ECNL based on Steve's statement below?

The only info I have on this is from the Texans' website, but Sean Bubb is listed as the coach for all 5 of their ECNL teams.

So does that mean that Scott's '01s, Higgys '02s, & Adames '03s end up becoming Bubbs teams should they decide to go ECNL? I'm sure they'd pick up other dds from other clubs...
I guess I haven't looked that far down the road.
