03 PPL Seeding for 2014-15

Grabbed this idea from the 02 thread.  Who will be back in the PPL?  Who won't be?  It's been a long summer, so let's get caught up.


U11 Girls... U12 - Fall 2014

36 teams, 19, 17

Top 10 teams from Fall 2013 / Spring 2014 season will receive a Bye into Div 1 for Fall of 2014.

Div 1 = 10 teams.

Teams finishing in 11th – 18th place will receive a bye into Div 2.
19th place team will be relegated.
The top 2 teams in Div 2 will be promoted and receive a bye into Div 2.

Div 2 = 10 teams

The remaining teams will go through the Placement Tournament to determine Divisions.

Any vacant spots will be assigned at the discretion of the VP of Competitive.

So the VP of Competitive can decide if PPL D2 bye teams move up to PPL D1 to take the spots of the promoted to LHGCL teams?

...or anyone who was in LHGCL and failed to requalify.

teams dropping from D3 LHGCL and PPL D2 teams only - should have been able to compete and qualify for the open D1 spots. PPL said they could not accomodate all the teams trying to qualify in a tournament. so they came up with the format of 10-D1, 10-D2, and everybody else qualifies for D3 and D4.
