As the girls get older are the weekday games more common? I see D2 plays on Saturday.
Division 1- Sting G and Premier looked strong this weekend.  I haven't seen Solar Gold play
Division 2- FWFC Black taking control .  Sting F will challenge
Division 3- Mutiny controls the top spot. Odyssey working their way back up.
Sparta in a scoring slump right now.

I thought last week, Premier v. Sting03 would be the game of the week. Turned out to be kinda boring. No goals. No parent drama. Nada. Sting easily owned the game, but couldn't shoot at all. Looked like they weren't even playing any forwards. With 15-20 minutes left to play, the forwards showed up and shot the ball wide/high several times. Premier defense is still good (although Sting pressure forced them into kick-ball the whole game). Looks like Sting is getting better and Premier is not (hence my current predictions). This week I'll be watching the Cosmos v. Fever game. Hopefully that will be more fun to watch.

Predicting Hilton v. Elite and Cosmos v. Fever to be the same score, but very different looking games.

Fever v. Cosmos will be a great game. Cosmos have some real grit in the middle of the pitch and if Fever tries to keep it on the touch line Cosmos will continue to flip the field with their defender who can throw it in 30m. Wash, rinse, repeat. That will wear Fever out. I predict Cosmos win 2-1. Game of the week IMHO, though I'd like to see Elite v. Hilton.

On another note, I would have never predicted Cosmos to be in 1st place after 5 games. Congrats on what your dds have accomplished so far. Keep up the good work.

I should have remembered they tied, the last time they played too.

However, I did say Premier's defense was still good. Especially in the middle. They junked it up in the box and made it very difficult to get a shot off. Congrats.

At least I got the DTD v. Keagan score. 1 out of 5. Sounds like my high school test scores.

Who saw the Cosmos/Fever game? Would love a summary. I'm not a fan of Wallace's system (only because I don't think it develops well - but he has always gotten effort out of his players), however his team is very intriguing right now and playing quite well. He is a bit of a Billy Martin and I'm curious if it will hold up long-term.

Confidence takes you a long ways at this age. That being said, they have some good athletes, a fiery coach and are on a roll.

I personally would think it really cool if they can keep it going and reset expectations for this age group. It's nice to hear and talk about something other than "Solar" for the last 3 years.

No kidding...and I like it that Todd is an independent in the lead. That part is exceedingly cool. And, he is playing a "system" that lets his weapons be maximized as weapons. He reminds me of Saban in that he will not let you play in the middle of the field. He also reminds me of Saban in the way he is an overbearing jerk at times. But, for the most part, that is coaching in NTX.

Look out! sniper fire! HoldingMid must have an axe to grind with TW.  Shots coming out of the blue.  TW must be doing something right sitting atop the ledger at the midway point.  We don't hear of much turnover and seem to have a core he has developed not recruited.

Ha ha ha ha ha!!!! Oh my...let's keep it real. TW gets his girls to play hard and mark all over the field. He has few equals in that regard. But to say he isn't a recruiter is a bad joke. Again...kudos to him for being top of D1. That is a GREAT accomplishment and VERY good for NTX soccer to have an independent up there. And TW has built it pretty much himself. No axe. But he recruits both vertically AND horizontally.
