Upset!!!!!!

I thought there were going to be 2 upsets yesterday but I see there was one. How? What happened to FWFC? Does this mean the top 2 teams will still be Solar and Premier? What's up with Sting G?

FWFC was out played. Sting F stepped up, and their team looks likes it's finally coming together.

Settle down Peter Parker.  How can a team that was predicted by many to not even finish in the top five, losing, be an upset??  I believe just about everybody has Solar and Premier in their top two in the end. Trust me, the guys at FW are glad to be where they are  and I dare say, you, me and a few others would take the top three any day!!

Long ball versus long ball... Must have been like watching a tennis match.

Not true, Neo. Sting F moved the ball very well...great passes and tackles. They missed a couple of good scoring opportunities, but that's how soccer go. FWFC is a good team. You guys shouldn't minimize their abilities.

I was able to catch both of these games with the cancelation of others. The Solar/FC game was very well played by both. Lots of passing and technical soccer. It's what they need to be focusing on at this age. Sting/FW was a totally different game. More off side calls than I could count on both hands and one foot. Long Ball, long ball, long ball was the name of the game. There' wasn't much build up to anything that happened. Get it to the midfield and then launch it. If your going to play that game you better have 2 forwards or forget about it. That's where Sting had the upper hand. They camped out 2 girls at the line and waited. Sting dropped a sweeper 10 yards back from the D line and FW's 1 forward didn't have a chance. I guess we'll see if either coach makes adjustments the second half of the season.

. Upset because you and everyone else would have picked them to win... I could care less about a top 3. As long as my dd is getting better.
