Schedules

First couple of weeks finally released. Hate to see DII and DIII combined but it is what it is!!! Hate to see the hard work to get into DII not really matter at this point.

Not sure why it's a bad thing, with the onslaught of AP it's the best way to weed out the weakest teams. If you're team worked so hard to be in DII then they should be at the top and ready to compete for that DI promotion come the end of the season. If they're not and they fall all the way to the bottom then they relegate out and have to requalify. That's the best way, in my opinion, to ensure DII and DIII realign properly after all this AP stuff happened. So much movement this year I think it will play out perfectly just as it does every year for the U11s who do the DI and DIII supergroup. Weeds out the weak and essentially sets the proper seeding for the next season.

Anyone know when the rest of the Fall season will be posted? I would have thought it would have been up after Labor Day.

I'm not really sure what your beef is - they have the schedules up through 9/21.

Your daughter is a U14 - you should know by now - don't schedule anything for the fall.

Wait 'til Saturday games are rained out.

Not for every team, they don't. There are only 2 matches on the 21st.

Actually, my oldest is a '90, so thanks for the heads up. But do tell me more about NTX futbol. I'm sure your knowledge is extensive.

Some of us have more than one team, more than one position within the game, so a little more planning & scheduling is required. That a good enough beef?

For what its worth we received this today.

Teams/Managers, please see the following:

I (we) understand that everyone is waiting for the remainder of the schedule. Believe me, no
one wants a complete schedule more than I do. Every phone call asking about releasing the

schedule simply serves to slow dow the release of the schedule!

We could release the schedule today if no one cared about:

ACT/SAT test dates
Tournament conflicts
Coach conflicts
Premier League
Champions League
Travel Teams

But all 267 teams care about at least one of these items and they all impact the schedule.

Could be worse... the person who used be in charge of the LH scheduling was the beloved TD from PLD this past weekend...
