Tatu's Sting 00' & 01' ECNL Open Tryout Schedule

Head Coach Antonio Pecorari (Tatu) is hosting open tryouts for next season's 00' & 01' ECNL rosters. These tryouts are open to all with the focus on adding to the core and forming top tier ECNL teams for next year. If your daughter is not interested in playing D.A., or being on a depleted ECNL roster, or is ready for the challenge of taking the next step on her path to college soccer please consider coming to an open tryout with Tatu's 00's & 01's.

The schedule for this week is as follows-

Thursday 7/6
6:30-8:00 pm @ The Pit Plus Soccer Complex
4401 14th Street Plano, TX 75074

Saturday 7/8
10:00-11:30 am @ The Sting Facility
2090 Willingham Drive
Richardson, TX 75081

Lol, buyer beware. You do not want to play for this guy. Last years team was desimated with girls leaving the team due to his continuous verbal abuse. the cost to play for this team will floor you. When it was all said and done the cost exceeded 8,000 dollars closer to 10.000 to play. Please be advised you have been warned.

Spot on! More kids have given up this great game completely because of Tatu than any other DFW coach. Very sad that he is still coaching.

Sting continues to turn a blind eye to how he is treating these young ladies. It is time that these coaches are reported to US Club Soccer and USSF. If the DOC and the Sting club will not act for the protection of these ladies that are receiving this abuse then it's time to report this abuse to the top.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In addition to completing US Club Soccer background screening approximately every other year, pursuant to US Club Soccer Policy 13.04 (Reporting of Potential Risk Management Problems), US Club Soccer members also have an affirmative duty to report potential risk management issues of which they become aware. This includes self-reporting of a registered staff member or club/organization, or of another registered staff member or club/organization.

Incidents which must be reported include, but are not limited to, arrests for a felony or other crime of violence, sexual misconduct, or any other act or pattern of behavior which may have or in the future may put youth players at risk. Members are encouraged to err on the side of reporting, and allow US Club Soccer to ascertain whether a disqualification from participation is warranted.

Please use this form to submit these issue(s). Failure to report pursuant to Policy 13.04 shall subject the member (individual and/or club/organization) to disqualification and/or discipline action.

This form may also be used to submit a general risk management concern(s).

Tatu has been around a long time and put a lot of girls into college game.

Hard to not know what you are getting into when you join his team.

I don't care if he put man on the moon. Condoning these actions from a coach just because he has put kids in college is criminal. I hope you are not condoning his actions. Shame!

Do you know what is the most dis-heartning part about all this is this is being allowed by a women's club.

How did this guy managed to stay around this long?

I blame Sting and KM.

Truth is, if they are in college, it is in no way due to what he did. They were top of the food chain in dfw. Were going to college anyway. Dude is bad for the sport, have seen it first hand. Has zero idea how to get the best out of people. Typical of a lot of great players, they do not have the patience to coach. As this sport grows, good and great coaches will emerge. Ones that no how to inspire and grow teams and individuals. Not just for success in the sport, but success in life.

It is important that no other young ladies are subjected to this mans horrible treatment of players.

I've been beside Tatu at several training sessions. We're not with Sting now but have been. His style isn't exactly quiet or reserved but it's not mean or ugly. It's just not terribly polite. I'd point out that the kids like him.

There seems to be a fallacy around that there's only one way to coach and only one way to play. There are lots of styles. Some are loud, some are quiet. Some are direct, some are not. I'm smelling sour grapes. I can personally recommend Tatu as a good coach and a decent person.

while I am not condoning that type of behavior, there will plenty of times these girls come across people like him or worse in their futures. Unfortunately you have to learn how to deal with all types of people in all facets of life. Are these girls ready for it at a young age... no way, but can they learn from this or other coaching types... absolutely. I have seen many a player/parent upset about a coach for whatever reason and when its all said and done, they have learned to appreciate that same coach.

If your child has never played for this coach why are you on this forum slandering this coach. Sour Grapes? You talked in an earlier post as if you had first hand knowledge of what was going on.

You clearly were not their to witness the verbal abuse that led to an high number of players, good players, leaving the teams. What i witnessed in this season is not how good coaches and clubs do business. It funny to me how those who are hear condoning this coaches action have zero experience with this coach. But again I repeat proceed with caution. Buyer beware.

I by no means condone anything like what you are saying has happened. I have no first hand experience with the coach in question, other than watching many of his practices at the Sting complex from a distance. I would say that if this happened you should file a complaint with NTX and US Club.

I will say this coaches results speak to success and for someone to make a statement on this forum that the coach has had nothing to do with these girls getting college D1 scholarships is blasphemy. Many may not believe in the method and ways this coach gets it done but the results you can't argue. If your expecting Sting to step in on this your insane. KM can't even get it right in the younger age groups. KM ruffling Tatu's feathers would spell certain doom for him and Sting. As if that fate hasn't been sealed yet anyways.

Being coached by Tatu is not for every player or their family.  For those players that love him, they flourish under his tutelage and respect him.  For those players that do not respond to his coaching style, they identify an option that better suits their needs.  Fortunately, NTX is inundated with a variety of options for clubs, coach/es, and level of play/competition to meet the needs of the various types of soccer athletes out there.

I for one wish those that seek another team/club/coach option continued success in their future endeavors rather than speak out against the departing coach/club/team. But again, that's my choice.... I do wish each and every departing player and their family happiness and joy!

Hate to say it but is any club or coach setting the world on fire in ntx? Solar might be the one to straighten it out until or unless greed takes over like it has for the rest.

Im pretty sure those seaking other options will be happy but to not inform others about the verbal abuse and berating of young women would be in just itself. Consumers need to be informed about exactly what they are getting into before having to endure the horror. it's a shame that a club that works specially with young women allow for these actions by a coach. If anyone of us were to speak to women in the work place or treat them the way he has would be fired on the spot, but it's okay to subject young ladies to it. Oh that's right, it's a coaching style not for everyone. Lol.
