TPGL Bonus Games

I was just curious if anyone knew what this was? There is an additional schedule called BONUS games on the TPGL site but it only has a few teams. One silver team playing 3 different gold teams. I just wondered if anyone knew what that was about and if all teams would get 10 games opposed to the 7 they have scheduled now? Thanks!

Hmmm.not sure, but it looks like FCD Renfro gets to play three games against Gold league teams(South, SRSA, and LP). Including DT South this weekend...looks like they need to add this game to the progn schedule for people to make their predictions.

Based on how it looks, it sure sounds like Renfro wanted in to Gold div originally but were denied. Scored a lot against Silver competition to prove their point. Got on the phone and complained. Got rewarded with some Gold games I guess.

Looks like Solar Gio could make same beef, playing Silver without much problem, might be a good test to play some Gold teams as well. If memory serves they tied Renfro??

Bonus games

Any team can pay TPGL an additional $60 for each bonus game your team wants to play and pick the opposing team. You can do as many as you want as long as the field space is available from my understanding.
