Fever Black 03 Continuing Open Practices

Fever Black 03G will continue with open practices this Fall. We are seeking well rounded, and talented effective players.  September 2012 practice days have changed, see below for details.
 
 
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 6pm-7:30pm

Congrats to our young ladies for placing 1st Place in U10 Gold Bracket in The Plano Labor Day Invitational 2012. You worked hard for it and earned every little bit of it. A job well done ladies!

I notice your doing a lot of promoting. Your team is rock solid. How do you round out a team as good as yours? Some parents may be reluctant to bring their dds out for fear that you may already be loaded in one position or another so without specifics, it's a hard sell. What areas are you looking to round out?

The other 03girls team is usually called Fever 03 red. I'm not sure why they would be listed under the same team name as us. I guess you could go based on the coach. Fever 03G Black is coached by Phiri.

I'm looking for fwds, midfielders (outside) and defenders who are seasoned academy impact players. Yes, we are a solid group, but we are also a new group with spots to fill in. (only been together 10 months)

As for any parents who are reluctant, if your dd has the drive and wants to be challenged everytime she shows up for practice, then bring her out. The girls are very welcoming and so are the parents.

Hey Coach&Ref, I thought you didn't want to limit your DD potential? That she should be playing ALL positions? Bring her out, and the girls and parents will welcome both of you with open arms. Let her practice and play with the team. You never know, she may be Fever's next CM/AM. Don't knock it till you try it!
