Anyone know what happened in Plano last weekend in the the girls U-19 division that prompted a vague email concerning parents entering the field and retaliation behavoir?

Im sure the answer to your questions is yes. Now anyone that wastes time on here, or anyone that wastes time on here and is willing to post - that answer might be no. Best you can hope for is someone who wastes time on here and is willing to post knows someone they can get 3rd hand knowledge from to post something related to what might have happened.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw the incident at the plano game. I guess it's pretty serious

I am pretty sure that some parents (one or more) got on the field and engaged in retaliatory behavior either during or after a PYSA game.
