The Votes are more about Andro and less about Feet. Based on recent results and even going back into last season, Andro shouldn't surprise anyone this season.

Well lets see....The original question was "Surprised Feet aren't getting more votes. Heard the PLT match was very close. No?" My response was Andro is receiving more votes to win (based on numbers recorded) and that is because (in my opinion) of the recent success and development of Andro, not because of anything specific about Feet. Andro is proving to be a top notch team and will be difficult for anyone to overlook! I hope I cleared that up?

I've seen my DD's team lose by 2 goals and dominate the game. Also seen them win by 2, but were thoroughly outplayed.

IMO, unless it's a blow out, scores tell you next to nothing.

From what I'm told by those who saw it, Andro v Feet was a close game.

Going back into last season, Andro beat Solar Bates, Did very well in the Houston Tournament, Won Game 1 of LH this season vs Sting (TFC), and then won the Plano Labor Day. Match that up against what Feet has done, and PRESTO there's your answer as to why the voting is what it is for this matchup. My guess is Andro 3 - Feet 1 cheers

Surprised no one has said anything about the Solar Red vs. DT matchup. Those predictions are even more lopsided then Andro/Feet. Are Solar really THAT much better? Can't be because of DT's tournament results last weekend. I mean, they made it to Semi's and only lost in PK's. So is the gap that big and I'm just clueless to it?

I actually saw the 1st half of this game and feet was winning 1-0 with pretty much most of the possession on their side of field, probably could of scored 2 more. Now i don't know what happened in 2nd half, but heard Andro came out and scored 2 goals within a 5 minute period and thats all she wrote. So my thoughts on this game was close game and feet probably had as good of chance of winning game as did Andro.

DT could be a strong team this year, but as they are starting off slow, i'll give up the points and take Bates to win by at least 2 goals this weekend. The line is 1.5

Funny you bring up last season, Feet beat Andro head to head the last month of the season and jumped them in LHGCL standings... The PLD games were the first games Feet has played together as a team. I doubt anyone that watched the Feet/Andro game in PLD feels Andro is a two goal favorite, it was a very even game with each team dominating a half. Still a bit of a work in progress but only time will tell...

1More - I bring up last season because it has been consistently getting better. I'm not real sure the same can be said for Feet. I'm sure both will have good seasons, but as you pointed out, Feet is getting started with chemistry building and Andro has shown they're ready to win now.

Don't get all Watson on topdrawersoccer.com. They explicitly state that their rankings are ridiculously subjective - or at least that was how I read their "explanation" of their "ranking" system.

You were close, only 5 goals off...

I was completely wrong for the final score. Great Win for Feet. It's a long season and these girls are 12-13 yr olds that aren't always consistent. Andro has too much speed up top and too much size for this score to say anything about them. You can guarantee that Andro will come out strong for their next match and prove to everyone that they are more the team that won the Plano L.D. than the team that played this last Saturday. cheers
