1st Rule
No Parents at practice.
You drive up to practice facility, drop off your DD, leave the practice facility and then return 3 hours later to pick her up. NO WATCHING just drop off and pick up

One that only speaks italian - 2nd choice is one with a British accent. You can't go wrong with either as far as soccer coaches go..
