'06 FBR June 23rd

Current Rankings include game results from 1/24/14 through Present Date.
Weekly Disclaimer and Other Notes:
1) Dallas Kicks '06 Selecao is the de-facto #1 '06 girls team in NTX (unbeaten against any '06 NTX girls team for >1 year). They are not included in the FBR at this time due to a lack of games played against '06 girls opponents in the past 16 weeks
2) As stated above, games prior to the weekend of 1/24-1/26/14 were dropped from the history since the last rankings were posted. If you don't think a team's movement from the previous ranking looks appropriate due to their results from this past week, it is likely due to a difference between the new games added vs the old games dropped from the history.

This will be the last 06 FBR until the Fall 2014 Season.
There are teams that have blown up, new teams that have formed.
I will probably be zeroing out all records going into the fall season and see who is still on the map once the tournaments/seasons kick off again.

I certainly want no part of ranking 8-9 year old soccer teams (approximately 100 teams in North Texas), and we appreciate your efforts in keeping up with the '06 soccer scene. Gophers did it for every age group he maintained...

Understood, but messing with you.. But I believe the title was given to team the year leading into select.. I could be wrong.

No, the title was given way before select. RASE for example had been Defacto #1 the last year and a Half I believe, at least.
The others have seen Selecao play. Anyone care to say they could beat them or even keep it within a 5 or 6 goal margin?

And actually they are higher even than that. When you consider that Kicks Selecao/JM/North Weir are all one team, and Sting Black/McDaniel/Colvin/Lady A's are all one team, that would put them in the top 5!!My Money Pit wrote:Huuurrrraaayyyyy!!! Now.....can we get the top 10 teams to all commit to one tourny to start the fall?? Plano Labor Day would be a great place to start.

FYI, i am pretty sure that "Mcdaniels, Colvin, Lady's A, Sting Black" are all not one team
. Some of these teams have very consistent player personnel and do not coshare players to acheive competitive results.

I was only kidding about them all being one team. But... have you ever seen 3 of the 4 all play in the same tourney?? 
So if you want a tourney with the top 10 FBR teams playing, someone is gonna get "Black"listed.

Never 2-3 years before select. This is quite ridiculous but when has that ever stopped anyone on here?

If it helps you sleep better at night I will not include Selecao in the next iteration of the FBR... doesnt mean they dont exist, and the rest are still chasing...

The 06 FBR will be completely new come September when i.publish the next one.
All game data has been removed. So if your squad isnt playing 06s they will not appear, if they do not have at least 3 games versus 06 between Aug 1 and when published they will not appear.
