Player Development programs at Indoor Soccer Zone

Former West Texas A&M and Dallas Sidekicks player, Sean Afkhaminia, has put a temporary hold on his playing career to develop the most complete soccer-specific training program in North Texas. By combining every element of the game into one session, we are striving to build elite, well-rounded players that have the ability to adapt to any game situation.

Our sessions are broken up into three parts. The first part of the session will consist of strictly fitness/speed/agility/strength training coupled with hip mobility/flexibility techniques to really design a dynamic and explosive athlete. The second part will incorporate technical skills/ballwork into the session, focusing on one specific technical aspect of the game each day to polish our players' footwork/first touch/passing range/shooting technique/defensive ability. Finally, depending on numbers, we finish the session off with organized 5v5 pick-up games to let our athletes just have some fun, express themselves and find their identity as a player in a fast-paced, highly technical game of futsal.

FF Juniors (ages 7-11) - T, Th, Sat from 9-11 am. Cost $100/mo. (12 sessions)

FF Advanced (ages 12-15) - M, W, F from 9-11 am, Sat from 11 am-1 pm. Cost $125/mo. (16 sessions)

FF Elite (ages 16-18) - M-F from 11 am-1 pm. Cost $150/mo. (20 sessions)

FF Premiere (ages 18+) - M-F from 1 pm-3 pm. Cost $150/mo. (20 sessions)

*Pay per session rate is $25 for all programs*

We will remain on this summer schedule for the month of August, before we move into after-school hours in September.

All of our sessions are currently held out of Indoor Soccer Zone in their North Dallas location (2323 Crown Rd. Dallas 75229), with expansion into Garland and Duncanville coming soon!

Just wanted to drop a quick note and say that there probably isn't any better bang for your buck in skills training in the metroplex right now than Sean. Took my DD out there today to just try the training and was very impressed. A solid 2 hour session that combines excellent skills training with great speed work & conditioning. My DD has trained with many of the top skills trainers in the area, and she enjoyed working with Sean today. I am sure Sean will be up there with the best soon, and you really can't beat the price. Definitely recommended.

I agree, we come in from Ft. Worth twice a week for private lessons with Coach Sean. Ours is not a financial concern but a "quality" one. My kid likes to be challenged and Sean has managed to break the mold of traditional, coaching (teaching). Has a genuine rapport with my kid. Carve out time for a solid 2 hours of hardcore training. Good learning going on here. A+
