Where did you find this list? I have another kid who is playing and I would like to see who is playing in his age group. Thanks.

Email was sent out last night with this list.

Flanny runs away with this (pun intended), if they stay down and play in U14.

Otherwise, I think it gets pretty interesting after that, with several teams in the mix, including some of the out-of-towners...

Do OFC studettes roll with Flanny or with OFC?...considering this is not an ECNL event. Which Texans are showing up? How good is Donovan - good enough to make a deep run? Do any Kicks SC studettes show up with Kicks Gold?

Really cool to see the turnout, and I'll say it again....if ALL our top teams played a few of our top local tournaments, there'd be less need to travel all over the country as the girls get older.

The comp would come to us.

Socal knows this. East coast knows this. Hopefully NTX continues to figure this out. PLD could be in the same class as Jefferson, WAGS, Delco, or Vegas if NTX treated it as such.

Kudos to Flanny for stepping out there...maybe he starts a trend.

Don't think that's OFC's top team. I think that's their #2 or #3 team.

Outside of Flanny, I think you're looking at the following group of teams:

Texans (will be interesting to see what their roster looks like for PLD)
Tx. Spirit
Kicks Gold
Sting D, Sting E, Sting N
AHFC Red
Houston Express Navy
Lonestar SA Red
SLSC Blue

Hard to tell, but looks like the Gretna team from Nebraska and/or the Rio Rapids team from NM could possibly be interesting squads.

So in the last two weekends, Sting Gray has won the Austin Pre Labor Day 01's, Sting Flanny won the AYSES 00's, Texans Scott won the Beat the Heat 01 Gold, and Sting Donovan won the RUSH Cup 01's. If we could only get Texans FW (Austin Pre Labor Day 00 champs) and Texans Monty (AYSES 01 champs), we'd have a real Battle Royale.  As it is, we have a Clash of Some (but not all) Titans!

Ranked #16 in Region 3. #4 team in Oklahoma. Lost to OFC in May 2014 State Cup Finals, 4-0.

They play classic boot ball. Have a couple of racehorses up top and they pretty much stick with kick it over the top and let them chase it. So if your team likes to play an offside trap, beware.

Why wouldn't they play?

Heard through the grapevine that some ECNL scrimmages got scheduled for Labor Day weekend, and that puts into question which direction all of the dual-rostered players go...

I looked at the u15 bracket as well and it does not appear that any NTX teams are playing up. Again, the preliminary disclaimer is prominent.
