Kicks SC 01 are in the semis with 3 wins in bracket play over Campton Navy from Illinois, Tophat from Georgia and Cincinnati Cup Gold from Ohio.

These games have been very tough.  Today's game was after a thunderstorm and with close to 100 degree heat combined with very high humidity and turned the place into a sauna.  I wish one of our dynamic 02 teams (SR, Grubb and Higgy)were here because them vs Socal Blues in the U13's would have been a great matchup.  The Michigan Gators 02 team is really strong too.  
On the boys U14 side, GSA from GA is the fastest team I have seen in person.

It is great to see a team with staying power from year to year, playing their style, who does not get picked apart.

Kicks advance to National Championship game with a come from behind 2-1 win.  They play Legends from Socal tomorrow.  Legends beat Tophat 1-0.

The scores indicate both games were close with a win in semis and loss in finals. Any commentary. Congratulations anyhow

All games were good matches.  From my opinion, the final game went back and forth. It could have gone either way.  One bad bounce was the difference.  That's just how soccer goes sometimes.  

Nationals was an amazing experience for all the players. I wish every player was able to experience it.  

Thank you NTX for your support along the way, from friends, family to lhgcl board members, NTX youth commissioner, ntx state reps, club, college and high school coaches we can't thank you enough.  We came up short one game but I felt our team represented NTX well.

Thumbs up to dallas kicks 01 for reaching the Nationals finals. The 01s have few more years left to accomplish this and better luck next time.
Can any one share when was the last time NTX team won nationals on the girls side?
