Need 1 on 1 training for your keeper?

I know that most clubs have keeper training but those sessions are usually one trainer to many keepers. While this might work for some keepers other keepers needs do not fit into certain templates that are used in the small session training sessions. If you need 1 on 1 training for your keeper I am here for you.
I have been playing soccer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex for over 25 years. My position of choice is goalkeeper, which I played at the collegiate and semi pro levels. I enjoy coaching players of all ages and training them as they get older watching their technique take shape with each session.

I train hard and expect all my players to expect only the best out of themselves. I start my sessions out with a dynamic warm up, teach proper stretches for muscle groups we use all the time, then I go into our sessions. I infuse my sessions with military style conditioning that I learned while being the United States Navy.

The keepers I train become a family member to me. It is not unusual for a keeper to call me when they want advice about their club team and problems they are having. I do attend at least one game of each of my keepers, per season, because I want to see how my keeper commands their field and how the field/team respects their keeper. I also make it a point to try and make it to their "out of soccer" activities. I have been to choir concerts, volleyball games, musicals, etc. all supporting my players. I invest my time building not only a stellar keeper but a well-rounded individual.

I am the type of coach who can both be fun and hard at the same time. To where your player will walk away after the first session and be amazed at how much they could withstand when challenged. Being a female I also have a unique position as I can train males and females equally. It would be my pleasure to train your keeper.

P.S. As you read earlier I am in the Navy however now I am in the reserves based in Ft. Worth. So I drill one weekend a month and two weeks a year. I do implement military style fitness in my fitness sessions for fun and fast results.
