GIRLS SOCCER ACADEMY AND SHOWCASE

Coaches, parents and players, the "ATHLETE SHOWCASE" is hosting a High School Female Soccer Academy/ College Showcase on 11/7 from 9am to 2pm at Blue Sky Soccer complex in Allen. This academy is geared toward the female athlete looking to take their performance to a whole new level by training like a college player and having the chance to be evaluated and instructed by college coaches. Our incredible group of coaches will provide you with high-quality, position-specific technical training. Let us teach you the techniques, tactics and tricks that have led to success for athletes on the local, regional and national level. This gives high school athletes that are interested in playing at the next level a chance to begin networking with college coaches. We have been doing this in North Texas for the past 7 years and have helped over 250 girls reach the college level. Here are the colleges that have verbally committed:

Cedar Valley College, Hill College, Paris Junior College, Eastfield College, University of Dallas, Mid American Christian University, Texas A&M-Commerce (tentative)

9:00-10:00 Sport specific warm up & stretching and advanced speed training
10:00-11:00 (College level Offensive strategies/ drills and techniques)
11:00-12:00 (College level Defensive strategies/ drills and techniques)
12:00-12:30 BREAK
12:30-1:30 Collegiate Evaluation Session
1:30-2:00 Questions and Answers with the College Coaches

Every player that attends our academy will receive a 55 page "College Prep" Roadmap Manual, retailing for $40, that will help prepare and guide the student-athlete and their family through the intense and sometimes confusing journey of the college recruiting process and the competitive journey to play and compete in college athletics.The manual includes everything you need from 7th grade through 12th grade that pertains to the recruiting process (websites, checklists, college coaches information and more)
