Coaching style: Great coach full of encouragement and guidance, that is patient but firm. Her number one reason for coaching is for the kids, and placing them in positions to succeed. She knows that every player is different and will work hard to help every player reach their full potential.  She wants to pass her love for the game onto her players. Kristin has her Youth National coaching license and was voted Wayne Clicque Referee’s Coach of the Year.  

Playing style: Possession with speed and an emphasis on effort level, shape, angles, combination passing, skills, and communication. The main goal of the coach is the development of each player and the team as a whole unit.  Although winning is fun, it’s really about how they play as a team.
