Re: Which training is best?
What are you looking for?
First, you missed the soccer dynamics training of Woody and Ali. Very good as well.
Big fan of Castro and his group of coaches at FCF, but their work is all in tight. He does teach movement and passing with a heavy dose of foot skills and 2v2, 3v2 and 3v3 skills.
Woody and Ali are also great with foot skills, and lots of 1v1 type training.
Futsal, although transferable is not soccer. Probably the best training for individual foot skills and the ability to work in very tight space but what you can do with a smaller, heavier ball on a hard court does not translate completely to a larger ball on grass or turf.
I'm familiar with Attack and Paradigm by name and reputation, but have not used them so cannot speak to their focus or value.
Think there is value in a variety of training approaches and then determine where the most work is needed and attend training that deals with that.

Re: Which training is best?
BurnOnYou...with all due respect, I disagree 100% on your comment that Futsal is not soccer. It may not be the soccer that you are familiar with, but it is the style of soccer that is played all over the world (except here) on the street. This is where most players start practicing the sport...not in plush fields with special cleats and uniforms, or in fancy indoor facilities with artificial grass. Yes, now "street soccer" has also evolved from the street to more formal settings with special training and strategies, but grass roots are small sided freelance type soccer. A great part of Sao Paolo's and Barcelona soccer training is futsal based just to name a couple of teams.
By the way, I agree with your Futsal assessment regarding foot skills and working in tight spaces and with your initial response to the overall question regarding "premise" and "what you are looking for?"
